Here are some of the key features:

Unlimited Number of Items
The software has no maximum number of items that can be entered. The only
limitation is the amount of space on the drive on which you are running it.
For example, if you purchase the software as part of the Asset
Recovery Kit then you receive it on a USB flash drive, which can handle over
600 items with multiple pictures each.

Version 3.0 allows you to personalize the labels for each input field as well as determine which fields to be included on the Asset reports.
We have also added 12 additional fields for your information so you can now store everything needed for your belongings and collections.

| Assign Multiple Photos |
 |
Up to 11 photos can be assigned to each item. There is a primary image then 10 additional ones
for other views of the item needed for identification. Many people take
a picture of their receipt or appraisals - each of the images are stored at a large enough size to
allow zooming to be able to see the smallest of details that were captured. Worried about those oversized
your digital camera takes will take up too much space? Images are optimized for
storage, resized on the fly once they are assigned to one of your assets.

| Multiple Locations |

You are able to enter up to 5 unique addresses in case you have things in multiple places. The current location
that is stored for each item is selected from this list, allowing for their isolation when viewing or printing reports.

| Multiple Categories |
 |
You are able to enter up to 30 unique categories. Just like the location, these can be used to classify your items for viewing and printing reports.

| Multiple Insurance Companies and Policies |
 |
You can also enter up to 5 insurance companies with as many as 3 policies each,
so no matter how complicated your coverages are you can enter them.
Just like the location and category assignments, this can be used to classify your items for viewing and printing reports.

Use your locations, categories, and insurance policies to filter the list that is shown when managing your items or
to output a web page that you can print or copy and paste as needed. Print 4"x6" pages of your photos or include the
details of each asset to create a "combination" card to insert into your binder and double your space. You can also print a complete summary of all your assets
or each individually to insert into a standard binder and supply to your insurance agent.

Several steps have been taken to protect your data. Since the WEB version requires a log in to our website,
the security of that version is basic to that type of application. Here are the features of the STANDALONE version:

The software requires no installation process to run providing maximum flexibility.
If you want to move it to another computer or run it from another location like a USB drive, it can be
dragged there and nothing will be left behind.

Once activated, a four-digit PIN is required to use the software and gain access to the information that has been entered.
|

All of the information entered into the system is stored in a scrambled format,
so the information can be read only by the software.
|

| Backup and Restore Tools |
 |
You spent all the time entering your information, so you definitely want to make a copy of it
just in case. One click of the mouse creates a compressed copy of all your data, and you are
even given a chance to make a copy of it to another location. The date and time of the backup is
listed on the screen, allowing you to restore your information back to a previous point in time
if something gets mis-entered or deleted by accident.

Free, Automated Updates
As new features and updates are available, your copy of the software can automatically load them.
A single click of the mouse starts the update process - Please note that you do need to be connected to the internet on the
machine on which the software is running in order to have this action performed.

There are two versions of the software: Standalone and Web.
|

STANDALONE
|
WEB
The Web version is accessed on the internet and all your information
is entered on our website. This software looks and feels almost identical to the
standalone version, so the same simple approach to capturing your information can
be accomplished. Since all your data is stored on our servers you already have a copy of
your information offsite!
To add to your confidence, once a year you can request your data to be delivered on one of
our USB flash drives. Our customer service group will make a copy of your data and send it to you
along with software that will allow you to view and print your information — everything
you need to reproduce the same reports you could generate with the web version.

There are two versions: Personal or Corporate

The Personal version is really meant for the homeowner, who will use this product exclusively to manage their personal assets.

The Corporate version is really the version for companies with multiple sets of data to manage.
The reporting options are enhanced with the additional ability to export
the data in a format that can be managed in other programs.
